Returns

At Go Wild North, we want every customer to be confident with their outdoor gear.
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within
14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all accessories included.
  • A proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, some items such as wearable gear, personal-use tools, grills with signs of use, or opened camping equipment may not be eligible for return.

How to Start a Return:

We will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return shipping label.
Please note: Return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund unless the return is due to a mistake or defective product.

  • Courier Return:
    Send your return to the same address.
    Please ensure your package includes order details or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within
10–15 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.
  • Non-refundable items:
    Clearance products, final sale items, used gear, promotional bundles, and gift cards.

An email confirmation will be sent once your refund has been completed.
